1. When the main power indicator light is on, at this time, the wear degree of the carbon brush should be checked. If the wear of the carbon brush exceeds one-third of the total amount, a new carbon brush should be replaced in time.
2. When the main power indicator light is not on, check whether the fuse of the indicator light and the fuse of the indoor distribution board have blown. At the same time, check whether the power line is in good contact. If the fuse is blown, replace it and keep the circuit unobstructed.
3. It is also necessary to check the vacuum pump gauge and the oil pressure indicator value. If the oil pressure is too high and the main unit still cannot start, it is essential to check whether each oil passage is blocked, especially whether the throttle hole is unobstructed. If it is not unobstructed, it should be cleaned to make it clear.
4. If the bearing is damaged or its rotation is blocked, or if there is a lack of oil in the bearing or a large amount of dirt inside the bearing causing increased frictional resistance, and the motor cannot reach the rated speed, the bearing should be cleaned or replaced in time.
5. A layer of oxide on the surface of the commutator, or even if it is burned uneven or the brush does not match the outer edge of the commutator, can also cause the rotational speed to decrease. The commutator and the brush should be cleaned to ensure good contact.
6. If there is a short circuit or open circuit in the rotor coil, it can be checked with a multimeter and the coil can be rewound. During operation, the rotor may cause the centrifuge tubes to break, samples to leak, and the rotor to be damaged due to reasons such as metal fatigue, overspeed, excessive stress, chemical corrosion, improper selection, unbalanced rotor during use, and temperature out of control.
