? Optimization of Operating Parameters for Horizontal Screw Centrifuges
Adjusting the following parameters of the centrifuge can meet specific process requirements:
Adjust the drum rotation speed to obtain the separation factor required for the separation effect. Adjust the differential speed between the drum and the screw, as well as the overflow weir plate at the large end of the drum (i.e., adjust the liquid pool depth of the material in the drum) to achieve a balance between liquid clarity and sludge dryness. Adjusting the feed flow rate can change the residence time of the material in the centrifuge to improve the separation efficiency of the centrifuge.
