? Centrifuge Performance

The machine occupies a small footprint, is easy to install and maintain, and the operation site is clean and hygienic.
? Centrifuge Principle
The horizontal decanter centrifuge uses the principle of centrifugal sedimentation for solid - liquid separation. Since there are no filter screens or filter cloths, there will be no blockage.
That is, after the drum and the screw conveyor of the centrifuge start and reach normal speed, a strong centrifugal force field is generated due to rotation. The suspension material is fed into the screw through the feed pipe and enters the drum through the discharge holes in the screw cylinder. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the solid - phase material with a higher specific gravity deposits on the drum wall, forming an annular solid - phase layer. Under the action of the differential device (the differential device is a device to ensure a stable differential speed. The dual - frequency conversion speed - regulating device sharing a common bus enables stepless adjustment of the drum speed and differential speed, which can adapt to changes in flow rate and concentration and ensure a good and stable separation effect), the screw and the drum have a constant differential speed. The dewatered solid - phase sediment is pushed out from the slag discharge port at the small end of the conical drum, while the clarified liquid with a lower specific gravity overflows from the overflow port at the cylindrical end. The machine works continuously in this way to achieve the purpose of continuous separation.
