Working principle: The screw sedimentation centrifuge utilizes the specific gravity difference between solid and liquid. Under the action of a powerful centrifugal force field, solid particles rapidly settle onto the drum wall, forming a sediment layer. Meanwhile, the screw rotates in the same direction at a slightly different speed from the drum, continuously pushing the deposited solid phase to the conical end of the drum and discharging it through the slag discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring and continuously overflows from the overflow port at the large end of the drum, achieving efficient separation of solid and liquid.

Structural composition: The screw sedimentation centrifuge is mainly composed of a frame, a casing, main bearings, rotors and other components. Among them, the rotor part includes a high-speed drum and a screw that rotates in the same direction as the drum but at a slightly different speed. The drum and the screw are connected by a differential to ensure that they maintain a certain speed difference. In addition, the equipment is also equipped with feeding pipes, slag discharge ports, overflow ports, etc., to meet the requirements of continuous feeding, slag discharge and liquid discharge.
